Dough Mama Pizza Dough Mix
Just add oil and water, and have pizza dough ready to roll out in just 20 minutes! Our mixes are great for pizza, flat breads, cinnamon buns and more. Each package yields 1 large pizza (standard 12" large). Dough Mama pizza dough mix is best kept in a cool, dry space and is good for 1 year from the packaged on date.
We offer 2 kinds of pizza dough mix.
White dough- great for pizza, cinnamon buns, pull-apart breads, panzarottis, pizza buns and more. This is a traditonal pizza dough that the entire family will enjoy.
Gluten-friendly dough- perfect for those who can't have gluten. This dough is great for pizza and can be used for cinnamon buns. It is a more dense dough with great taste. *note: this product is not made in a gluten free environment. While we do our best to ensure our equipment and workspace is clean, sanitized and free from gluten-containing products, cross contamination can occur.
